Employment Advice

We can provide advice and representation to Employees as well as Employers on employment related issues.

If you feel you have been unfairly treated, we give advice to employees on your rights and can negotiate on your behalf with your employer. If necessary, we can represent employees before the Employment Tribunal in cases relating to redundancy, discrimination and unfair dismissal.

As well as representing employees, Ferguson & Company are able to advise employers on a variety of topics affecting their workforce such as working conditions, liability insurance, PAYE, national insurance and pensions, contracts of employment, redundancy, dismissal, equal pay and discrimination and other statutory requirements.

Additionally, following the sale or purchase of a business there are many employment related issues which must be considered such as the TUPE regulations. We are here to help you navigate these issues.

If necessary, we are able to represent employers at the Employment Tribunal and try to achieve the best outcome for you and your business.
